This is just the word for 'account'. It is used to show the "Account: xyz (name)" line under the Dropbox settings.

Option switch specifying if sharable Dropbox links should be inserted instead of downloading and attaching the files from the Dropbox. "Sharable links" are public URLs for files in a Dropbox so instead of sending the file as attachment you would just send a link and the recipient can download the file by himself/herself.
